Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please note that trying on items is permitted; however, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part or all of the order are not eligible for return.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Maison & Harper cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
