Conditions for Returns
• Returns can only be registered after the item has been physically received.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable customs fees.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Trying on items is permitted; wearing them is not.
• Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part or all of the order are not eligible for return.
Sale Items – Final Sale Policy
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference for another color
• Change of mind
• Personal expectations not met
By purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is excluded from our return policy.
Return Process
• Contact us at info@maisonandharper.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges that may apply.
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
Liability
Maison & Harper is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed during transit.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Any address errors should be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
